The Balsams is hosting our
event. Karen Ahrens is their primary coordinator and planner for our
event. The weekend of the wedding, Gary Armitage will be the official
worrier and
problem solver. Rhonda knew Gary when she was in college, and we are
both very confident that with Gary worrying, we won't need to worry.
Jerry Owen is taking care
of our front office needs. If you have reservation problems, ask for
Jerry. Peter Twatchman the food and beverage manager has been a great
help
planning our events. The fine food itself is being brought to us by
chefs Larry Johnson, Steve Learned, and their talented staff, who
reportedly enjoy a challenge. If all else fails Uwe Roggenthien,
the director of operations, can probably fix it. Fortunately,
with the excellent Balsams staff, that is unlikely to be necessary.
The family friend Nancy Krueger will be official photographer at the
rehearsal dinner. Jonathan Hill of
Picture Story Weddings
and his capable assistant will be photographing our wedding.
Coralee Beal will be creating a video of the wedding.
Justice of the Peace
Sharon
Tinkham will be performing the ceremony.
The flowers are provided by Any Blooming Thing in Colebrook, NH.
Rhonda found her dress at the
Modern
Bride & Formal Shop. They managed to capture our
bridesmaid dress and tuxedo rental business as well.
Rhonda's neice Kerrie and sister Laurie were a great help addressing
invitations. Sisters Julie, Deb, and Joanne also helped.
We also want to recognize Bill's father William C. Voss for hosting the
rehearsal dinner.
