Formal Invitations
Everyone invited should be receiving their rehearsal invitations with
their wedding invitation. Unfortunately, because of limited
seating, we were not able to invite everyone we wanted to invite.
Menu
We will be offering a Vegan entrée (Phyllo Purse with White
Beans and Mushrooms), a
Seafood
entrée
(Scallops), and a Beef entrée (Prime
Rib). Please circle your menu selection and
return it with your R.S.V.P.
The Balsams prides itself on handling special requests, but the chefs
prefer to have at least two weeks advanced notice. If you have
any dietary restrictions, please let The Balsams know in advance.
If you are bringing a child not quite ready for adult fare, please let
The Balsams know and they will be happy to prepare a special
children's meal.
Schedule
Saturday, July 1st, 2006
- Rehearsal
- 4:30 p.m. Meet in the main hotel lobby.
- Rehearsal Dinner
- Location: The Balsam's "PANORAMA" Golf Clubhouse.
- 6:00 p.m. Cocktail hour
- 7:00 p.m. Seated dinner
- Suggested attire is casual.
- For gentlemen a knit shirt with collar, and khaki pants.
Alternatively, follow The Balsams classic "golf
attire"
guidelines, except that street shoes are suggested.
- For ladies, look beautiful as always.
The Balsam's "PANORAMA" Golf
Clubhouse is more than a mile away from the main hotel. We
suggest you drive.
