• For those staying at The Balsams, breakfast is from 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
• Breakfast is for all hotel guests, not a wedding event.
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner reservations are also available for "Day Visitors" at The Balsams.  There is assigned seating in the dining room, so make any reservations early, and tell them you wish to be seated near the Voss/Munson wedding guests.
  
• Wedding Ceremony
• Half and hour after noon we will begin seating guests.
• Approximately 1:00 p.m. the bride will arrive.
  
• Location: Outside by the flower garden which is visible from the main lobby, weather permitting.
• Rain Location: The ballroom.
  
• Reception Line, Photos, Hors d'ouevres
• From the end of the wedding ceremony until 3:00 p.m.
  
• Location: Outside on the lawn overlooking the flower garden, weather permitting.
• Rain Location: The ballroom.
  
• Wedding meal (private for wedding guests only)
• 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  
• Location: The Balsams dining room.
• The menu will be an entirely vegetarian buffet.
• The Balsams prides itself on handling special requests.  However, the chefs prefer at least two weeks advanced notice.  If you have any special dietary requirements, or young children with limited flexibility, please let The Balsams know in advance.  They will be happy to accommodate your needs.
• Reception: Dancing and socializing.
  
• 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  
• Location:  The Balsams ballroom.
• The Balsams will need to cleanup and reopen the ballroom for all Hotel guests at 9:00 p.m.
